What time is the royal wedding? And other burning questions about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s big day

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are getting married Saturday, May 19. Here’s a cheat sheet of things you might be wondering about …

The time and place

The ceremony will start at noon (7 a.m. ET) at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle, with guests and members of the royal family expected to arrive after 6:20 a.m. ET. Windsor Castle is also where Princess Eugenie will marry Jack Brooksbank in October (and it’s where Henry VI is buried!).

But some internet sleuths caught Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland, carrying a Burberry garment bag when she left California this week to fly to London for the wedding. Some think this means the same house that designed Meghan Markle’s dress also made something for the mother of the bride.

Thomas Markle was supposed to walk her down the aisle. The frontrunner to replace him appears to be Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland, but Bazaar prognosticates that it could also be Prince Charles, Prince William, her husband-to-be Prince Harry (who’d meet her halfway down the aisle), close friend Jessica Mulroney, or even … nobody.
